I try to help my clients answer four principal questions:
- What do you have?
- Where is it going?
- Is there enough money to provide for my family? and,
- Who will assure that the family is protected and that your property goes to the "right" places?
Our state laws and the federal and state tax codes are very complex but for most of us, estate planning need not be.
