REQUIREMENTS:

Must purchase a license from the City ($125.00)
Must be secondary to use of home as a residence
Must be operated by the person(s) living there
May have one non-resident employee
Must Not be operated from a garage or out building
No signs or other outside markers/evidence of the business
Must Not make any structural changes to the building
Must Not create separate entrances to the business & home
Must be conducted with in the home
All storage Must be in the home
No direct sales from display racks or shelves
Must take 10% or less of a home's floor space; 15% for multi-unit buildings.
No more than 2 clients in the home at a time
No more than 10 clients in the home per day
Only 1 "bulk delivery" per day; during daytime hours;
No tractor trailer deliveries
No offensive noise, vibration or pollutants
Must conform to landlord or condo / homeowners association rules

Penalties for violations may result in fines. Fines can range from $200-500 per offense.
